DO YOU SHIP STICKERS?
Yes, we ship large or small sticker orders.Include your address with the order details and we will be happy to include the shipping cost into the final total.
WHAT TYPE OF FILES ARE PREFERRED
I. Sending
You can email files to info@thestickermafia.com.
II. Preparing Artwork
For the best result in image color and clarity send us vector artwork (.EPS.AI.PDF.SVG). If you are sending us vector artwork then convert all type to outlines. Shapes must have a minimum width of .07 inches to maintain adhesive properties and efficient production. If raster images are used then embed all images placed within your artwork. All files should be created in CMYK color mode. RGB mode is primarily used for displays and will cause color matching issues. All non-vector images should be a minimum of 300 DPI at the size requested. If non-vector image enlargement is needed then we cannot guarantee the quality of printed images.
* We can create vectors out of compress files such as JPEG, PNG and TIFF, however, loss of quality may accure.
* We don’t save files unless you specifically request it.
You are welcome to submit a compressed file types such as .JPG or .TIFF, however, The Sticker Mafia does not guarantee the quality of the outcome on these projects. Proof available upon request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final, however, contact us with your concern and we will work with you as much as reasonably possible. Since our product requires a design it also requires your approval. Once approval is given The Sticker Mafia is not responsible for any miscommunication during the design process. We ensure there is a visual proof displayed before creation but we understand things happen so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
